CANCELLATION POLICY

To confirm your reservation for Share the Sail, a deposit per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your cabin and is applied toward your total trip cost.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • Deposit: $1,000 per person due upon booking.

  • First Payment: 50% of the remaining balance is due.

  • Final Payment: Remaining balance is due.

CANCELLATION TERMS

  • Before Payment #1 is due (30 days after booking)

    • Your deposit and any additional payments are refundable.

  • After Payment #1 is due and before Payment #2 is due (90 days before departure)

    • Payments beyond the deposit are refundable. The deposit is nonrefundable.

  • On or after Payment #2 is due (90 days before departure)

    • The full trip cost is nonrefundable.

  • If we resell your cabin

    • We’ll refund any payments beyond the deposit, regardless of when you cancel.

  • Refund processing fee

    • A 3% processing fee applies to all refunds.

SUBSTITUTIONS

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest up until 30 days prior to departure with written notice and approval from our team.

TRIP CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZERS

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel the trip, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.
